Why do NetSuite emails pass through sparkpost - ab.mta1vsmtp.cc.prd.sparkpost?
We have just performed a trace on some emails due to some security concerns raised by our IT Department. The problem was that NetSuite was spoofing emails as it was sending responses back from vendor emails as <system@sent-via.netsuite.com>. NetSuite Admins understand that this is normal and of course, emails will generally passthrough under DKIM. We performed a thorough analysis of the header for our IT Department and noticed the email hopped through "ab.mta1vsmtp.cc.prd.sparkpost". Can anyone advise if this is normal, who is sparkpost to NetSuite?
