TBA Issuetoken Endpoint using C# and REST- Examples?

Hi,

im moving my old web services over to REST and was hoping for some insight from the community as support has been useless.

I'm using C# with RestSharp and want to use TBA with Issuetoken Endpoint as the app is console based.

I was hoping that someone could provide an example of requesting the token and then using that on a record request. From there I can get to grips with it.
