memo on journal entry created from rev rec schedule
Good Day Gurus,
I would like to populate the Memo field for Journal entries that are created using advance revenue management with the source transaction# of the revenue arrangement if it exists.
I thought to do so using a workflow ON CREATE to 'set field value' if document status='APPROVED FOR POSTING CREATED FROM REVENUE RECOGNITION SCHEDULE '
Is this possible?. If yes, can you please help me identify :
1. the condition/criteria that identifies this value 'APPROVED FOR POSTING CREATED FROM REVENUE RECOGNITION SCHEDULE'
2. the formula to populate the 'source transaction#'. i cannot seem to locate that field in the formula for the set field value
