International Tax Reports version 3.109.0 will include the following enhancements:
Germany Annual VAT Return Updates
The German tax authority has updated the annual VAT Return form for the year 2019. In relation to this, International Tax Reports version 3.109.0 will include the following changes to the Germany Annual VAT Declaration report for 2019:
- Reporting of reverse charge transactions has been simplified:
- The net and notional amounts of purchases made for other services of a company based abroad declared in boxes 871 and 872, respectively have been removed.
