How to view the various statuses of your transactions, such as sales orders, in Workbook
In this blog post, we will discuss how to traverse across the transaction statuses of orders and their attributes/field in the analytics Workbook.
You may remember from previous posts on this forum that one of the best starting points for Workbooks is the record type Transaction. This takes you to virtually any business-related record you have tracked in NetSuite. You can also join between other record types, such as Item or Accounting Line, in order to get all the data you want to analyze.
In order to help people keep track of data and pull the right fields into your report, Workbooks offer functionality which helps to switch between the various statuses of your transactions.
