How do NetSuite Calendar Time Zones work?

Will the calendar be messed up when traveling to the other time zone and will reminders be at the correct time?

NetSuite calendar will follow the time zone you set in Home > Set Preference > General subtab regardless if you're traveling.

Sample scenario:

You set a meeting with on Monday, December 9, 2019 at 3pm PST (given that your NetSuite Preference's time zone is PST), and you will be in Florida by that time. NetSuite will follow the scheduled time you set in the event calendar.

If you choose to change the time zone to follow EST, the scheduled event will automatically adjust to 6pm EST.
