User Is Unable to View & Upload Files in the Folder They Created in the File Cabinet

Given that the user's role has the permission to view and upload a file in the File Cabinet, but still can't view the folder they created.
This is because with the Security Questions interfering with the File Cabinet when not answered. This can be fixed by asking the user to update the security questions.
1. Navigate to Home > Settings Portlet
2. Click Update Security Questions
3. Enter the required answers
4. Click Save
