Default Round-Robin case assignment
We have not yet used/defined Case Territories but want to.
When implemented someone may have "Inactivated" the Default Round-Robin because we manually assign our cases.
We are interested in utilizing the Round-Robin feature. I am looking for the "default" Round-Robin but cannot find it.
I went to Setup>Support>Case Territories. It is not listed there. I would like to re-activate it, if it was previously inactivated.
