Hide Subtotal in Summary Box on Transaction form

I need to hide the details in the Purchase Order Summary box.

I can hide the fields called Total and Tax Total using Workflow.

But I cannot find the Subtotal field in the drop down list to hide that.


How do I hide the Subtotal field via Workflow?
