Health & Beauty Module
Hello Gurus,
I have 2 questions:
- We recently requested the health & beauty module to provisioned on our demo account for one of our potential prospect & the module was provisioned successfully. However, when I'm trying to install the H&B bundle, i do only SC Posh Theme bundle (bundle if 312849) over there (which is somehow relevant to SuiteCommerce). Is this the right bundle to install for H&B module?
- We have seen many of pre-sales expert recommends CRM module for many of sales, service & jobs related requirement, however we do see only basic CRM (like call, events etc. only) always in our portal. Is there any guide of CRM / Advanced CRM functionality & configuration which we can follow / understand & configure the same as well in case if there is a requirement?
