Future Work Schedule Changes

edited Mar 10, 2021 3:34AM in SuiteProjects Pro Discussions 3 comments

Hello,

Our team has a fluctuating work schedule in OpenAir. We are able to set the Base Work Schedule, but the issue we run into is changing the work schedule for future dates.

For instance, Bob is working a 40 hours work week for the remainder of March. Starting in April, he will be working a 20 hour work week. When a Project Owner schedules him for a project in April, he will see that Bob is available 40 hours - when in reality he will only be available for 20 hours.

To account for this, we've tried utilizing the schedule exceptions. However, we need these changes to reflect in our forecasting and we need the Project Owners to see that the users schedule is changing when they try to make the booking.

Howdy, Stranger!
