Saved Search: Cant find field Give Access field in Customer table

I am trying to create a customer saved search and I want to add Give Access to the saved search results. I cant seem to find it. Not sure if its in one of the joins or has a different name.

this is in customer record in the access tab.

the Give Access Field ID: giveaccess
