API for marking an order shipped in NetSuite
We have an API connection to change fulfilments to shipped in NetSuite AND save them with the package information. The issue we have: NetSuite fulfilments always ended up with 2 packages even when there was only 1 package sent over by the API. It makes a default packing in there and it adds the 2nd package to NetSuite. Only the new API made package has the tracking info and the other one is completely blank. Is there a trick to making it record the the tracking package data without ending up with a null package in the fulfilment? When it
