attention and addressee field character limit

Hi

hope you are doing well. I was trying to look for a place in NetSuite were I can easily change the Character limit to 30 character's? We want this rule on Addressee and attention field.

We are having trouble with unlimited characters. Please let me know if its possble. thank you
