add PO item Description to saved search

I have a saved search that returns POs. I've tried adding all the columns that contain "description" and none contain the description.

If I add "Item Fields:Description" it returns the description from the item record, not the one that I typed in on the PO form. How can I retrieve the one that is stored with the PO ?
