NSC | Use Customer Type in Customer Record as a Condition in Advanced PDF/Template of Sales Order

edited Mar 16, 2023 10:57AM in SuiteCloud / Customization

User wants to use the Customer Type in a Customer record as a Condition when printing Sales Order. Customer Type can be determined in the Customer record. Types of the Customer consists of Individual and Company.

 In this scenario, the user wants to print a text when the Customer Type of the Customer in Sales Order is Company. To do this, we need to use the following code:

<#assign customer = record.entity>
 <#if customer.isperson == false>
 	<!-- do something if customer type is company -->
 <#else>
 	<!-- do something if customer type is individual -->
 </#if>

Note: Change false into true if the condition requires the Customer to be Individual.
