NSC | Source and Filter First Email Address from Sales Order to Customer Record Using Workflow
User needs to source the email address in a Transaction record to the Email field of the Customer record. If multiple email addresses is entered on the first field, the sourcing will fail since only 1 email address can be sourced to an E-mail Field. To do this, we need to use REGEXP in the Workflow Action. Here is a sample scenario:
