NS transaction PDF Files surfacing blank when in view mode
Transaction emails generated from NS with associated PDF file attached are surfacing blank when you attempt to view them. If you download them, you can them view them normailly.
I am not able to replicate this consistenetly in other customer NS accounts.
This customer has been using PDF transaction emails for the past 14 months since go live and just started being reporting the last few weeks. If I go back and look a transactions from months ago none of them surface correclty now.
