Closed column is disabled on PO

Any idea why the closed column on a PO would be disabled like this



All the lines that are not closed are editable. But this line that is closed is disabled. SO I cant reopen it. I scoured the internet for an answer but cant find one.


I have tried the following on the console nlapiSetLineItemValue('item', 'closed', 7, 'F') but it gives me nothing.


Anyone?
