How to setup a File Cabinet Link in a Center?

I have a folder in the file cabinet that contains several PDF's. Instead of creating a link to each file so that I can display it in a center category, can i create a link to the folder only?

I have tried this and i just get a blocked notification even though i'm the administrator!
