How to Create Customer Center Access using Workflows?

I am trying to give the customer center access when creating a new customer using a workflow.

I can update "Give Access" field using setField action but other fields like Send Email notification, Manually assign password are not available to define.

Is it not possible to achieve this via workflow or is there a way to do it ?
