FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1.       Should I change the L1 (Assigned To) on the Welcome Email to my name or should I leave it under my Consulting Portfolio Manager's name?

By default, the Consulting Portfolio Manager is assigned as L1 on the case. Change it to your name (Primary Consultant) as you modify the case and generate the email.

2.     What are the two documents that I need to send to the customer along with the Welcome Email?
