Why do the Saved Search Fields appear in Multiple Languages?

Possible defect or user setup issue?

I tried to edit one of my saved searches and noticed Joined table names are in Spanish. It's in English for other user.

I'm still experiencing the same problem even after I logged out and backed in. Same problem on other broswer as well. I noticed the same problem with other saved searches but some of them are displaying correctly in English.

My Preference setting is set to English.
