Welcome to the new Mi6 Methodology! By now, you should have already completed the Welcome Email communication and Knowledge Transfer with the respective AMOs and CS Delivery Teams for your Subscriptions.
Your Welcome Email cases should be closed after sending the email and the calendar invite for proposed Welcome Call. Check out the list below to confirm status of your case.
