How to allow customers to create RMAs?

Hello,

Is there a way to allow customers to create their own RMA's via a weblink? Does anyone have experience with this? I want a customer to be able to go to mywebsite.com/returns and be able to fill out a form submit it and have an RMA be automatically generated in NetSuite.
