How to send OpenAir Timesheet alerts while copying the User's Manager?

Question

Looking to see if anyone has found a way for a few types of Timesheet Alerts:

*  Can you send the alert and copy the user's manager.  I see the checkbox for Group Head but this is different than the manager.
* Can you send the alert to people in a particular Subsidiary.  We want to send the alerts at 5pm local time but the system is only in EST.  Our thought is to create an alert by Subsidiary so it sends at the appropriate time of day.

Hi Mike,

Timesheet alerts can be defined using the criteria available at the alert settings page (Administration > Application Settings > Timesheet Settings > Alerts). At the moment they can be filtered to be send out to the group of users assigned to the specific department (Administration > Global settings: Organization > Departments) including the department head in CC. Having built-in options to CC user's manager or filter by additional user group (e.g. by hierarchy or subsidiary) are considered enhancement requests. Please contact Support should you wish to be listed among the Companies requesting this features.
