How to Create list and Sublist in the Case record?

To understand what is the case type.

We need to add a list of products types and sublist to show the exact issue of the products

As example

The List contains: 1- Computer. 2- Mobile 3- Server 4- Monitor

The sublist for each value in the list like this

1- Computer: 1-1 OS 1-2 Hard disk failure 1-3 Memory

2- Mobile: 2-1 Upgrade 2-2 Headphone problem 2-3 Connectivity

3- Server 3-1 Power issue 3-2 Hard Drive 3-3 install software
