- Familiarized with the Welcome Email communication and Knowledge Transfer with respective AMO/s and CS Delivery Team/s for your Subscriptions.
- Request/completed review of your Foundation cases.
- Delivered Welcome Calls for your Subscriptions with Engagement Start Date in December 2022 and January 2023 respectively.
- Started, going through, or completed with the SuiteAlign activities, and
- Getting ready for the Checkpoint calls
