Can you hide a standard Record from the Global Search?
I pull up Vendors by searching Ven: [part of the name] in the global search. The problem is that we have so many Vendor Prepayments in our system for certain vendors and because these are by ACH or wire, I number the vendor prepayment record using a combination of the Payment method, date, and vendor name. Now my global searches are no longer returning the vendor as an option in the global search (pushed out by too many vendor prepayments). Is there a way to hide vendor prepayments from the global search because I NEVER search for them without going to the transaction
