NSC | Marketing Categories are not Displayed in the Category Dropdown on the Campaign Record
in CRM
The customer recently created a Category for Marketing Campaigns. A list of categories is available. However, when they open a Marketing Campaign record, the list dropdown is blank. If they go to the Customer record in the same related field, the categories are there.
The system did not correctly identify the category where it should be displayed, so it is necessary to refresh it in order to resolve the issue.
- Navigate to Setup > Marketing > Categories
- Click Edit beside the category
- Unselect the Main Category and Save
- Edit it back and select the Main Category
- Click Save
