edited Oct 25, 2024 7:19PM in Reports

Billing and Revenue summary displays Revenue amounts, their Source Documents, Source Types etc. This includes deferral data for sales transactions and project. In some cases, users might want to filter the report to a specific transaction type, here's how to achieve this:

1.) Navigate to Reports > Financial > Billing and Revenue Summary

2.) Click Customize

3.) Go to Filters section

4.) Go to Add Fields: Bookings > select Source Record Type, then select the type

5.) Click Show in Filter Region

6.) Save and run the custom report

Results:

Users will now be able to filter the report depending on the Transaction Source Type.

Were you able to test this one? I hope this helps! 🙂
