New to NetSuite| NSPB: Setting up the File Encryption Password
Before you can pull data from NetSuite to NSPB, a user with an Administrator role must first set a file encryption password. This encrypts the CSV files that contain the Saved Search results.
To set the file encryption password:
- Go to Planning & Budgeting > Setup > File Encryption Password
- Enter a new password
- Click Save
Take note of the following password requirements:
- Has exactly 16, 24, or 32 characters.
- Contains one or a combination of the following character types:
- Uppercase alpha characters (A, B, ... Z)
- Lowercase alpha characters (a, b, ... z)
- Numbers (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 0)
- Non-alphanumeric ASCII characters, for example !@#$%^&*.:;-'`”/\+?_|=()[]{}<>
An error message will be returned if the password is not compliant. See below example message:
