Intelligent Payment Automation, powered by BILL (formerly Bill.com), lets you automate payments, manage vendor details, and bank account information within NetSuite.
The SuiteApp is available to organizations based in the U.S. with a valid U.S. address, or to global customers (except Canada, China, and Japan) with U.S. business subsidiaries. It only supports payments to vendors operating in the United States.

NSC | Resolve Error: "TypeError: Cannot call method "addField" of undefined" on UK VAT Return
Scenario
User navigates to Reports > VAT/ GST > UK Submit VAT Return via CSV on Sandbox account but receives an error: org.mozilla.javascript.EcmaError: TypeError: Cannot call method "addField" of undefined (/SuiteBundles/Bundle 43003/src/amd/lib/FormBuilder.js#39).
Solution
The error message provided above is a standard behavior. The HMRC website does not permit Sandbox or Test environments at the moment. This can only be done in the Production account.
This is not a limitation of the system but of the HMRC which owns the MTD for VAT feature.
This is also documented under SAID: 80881 | Making Tax Digital for VAT Overview and Setup
