PDF Version From Advance PDF/HTML

Hi, All.
I hope you are doing well.

I exported the PDF using the rendering module (rendereAsPDF) with suitescript and saved it in the file cabinet. I will send this file via API but in the specifications the PDF file sent must be PDF version 1.6 and above. How do I change this PDF version to a higher version because after I checked it turned out that the version stored in the file cabinet was actually PDF version 1.3? I ask for help from the experts here. Thank You
