opening a Project: get a page not found error

Hello! I was wondering if anyone has ever had an issue opening a project and get a 'page not found' error. I create a project (i am an admin) but then an EM can't (just 1 EM and he can open all other projects). I logged a ticket but they didn't think it was a priority so I haven't heard anything.
