Quantity In Transit (External) Negative Balance

Hi,

I have an Inbound shipment as per screenshot below where one of the lines has expected received more than the received:

And for that particular item of that location there is a negative quantity on the quantity in transit (external). The status of the Inbound shipment is "Partially received". How to correct this from being negative?

Note that this transaction was dated in 2021.
