Include Estimate/Quote in Pipeline Report

Hello Gurus,

Does the standard Pipeline Reports include estimate/quote? It appears to me that the reports only include opportunities. But from the report builder it shows the following:

Or the reports will only include those quotes generated from opportunities? Or in other words standalone estimate/quote will not be included in the standard pipeline report?

Anyway to modify the standard pipeline report to include estimate/quote? The transaction type filter does not seem to work when it comes to pipeline report.
