Search to show Total Item sold (on kits and standalone)

Main items are assembly items, BUT there are part of kit/packages items.

I need a report that shows for example for January total items sold by:

Assembly Item

On Kit (would be assembly * member item quantities)

Total items = sum of 2 lines above

For some reason that formula is not working.

Needing urgent help :)
