How to get the unitsType table information in an Item Saved Search?

In a Saved Search, I would like to find the multiplier to determine the quantityOnHandbase and QuantityOnHand for an Items. I know the Units of measure information, which would have this information, is stored somewhere. However, I can't seem to find it when creating a saved search.

I would like to get the "multiplier" used in the Primary StockUnits. for Example a "gross" Stock init =144 base units (Each).
