Scheduled report date filter issue

We have scheduled a Sales by Customer report in NetSuite with the date range 'Last month'. When the report is viewed on 1 August 2025, the report date range in UI shows 1 July to 31 July. However, the report sent via scheduled mail on the same day shows 2 July to 1 August. We tried running the schedule at 7am and 7pm, yet the issue still persists ruling our timezone issue.

It is my understanding that even if there is a time zone issue, since the date filter is last month, the date range should belong to a single month. Also, no updates has been made to the report after schedule creation.
