Hi Everyone,

I am curious to see what users' experiences have been with different implementation partners for NSPB? I am currently in the process of selecting an implementation partner for my company and am looking to make the best choice to fit my company's needs. Questions I have around this are:

  • What were the unforeseen challenges and successes encountered?
  • Are different implementation partners particularly well suited to implementation in certain industries?
  • How has the level of support provided been?
  • How transparent were the implementation partners with what was possible 'out of the box' with NSPB as opposed to customisations that require add-ons to be purchased from Netsuite?
