Next Generation Dashboards - Issue with reports refreshing

Hello! I am in the process of building out new dashboards (next generation dashboards) for my team and I am having issues with the report portlets refreshing real time. They say "No data to show" even though there is data. I refresh the portlet and then refresh the browser and sometimes the data shows and sometimes it doesn't. Is anyone else having this issue?
