The Reference Product Review Records SuiteApp provides contains the custom records, lists, and fields necessary for storing and managing product reviews in SuiteCommerce.
When you install the Product Review SuiteApp, several important records are added to help you store and manage product reviews in SuiteCommerce:
- Product Reviews: This record maintains all incoming product reviews. It appears as the Product Reviews subtab in the SuiteCommerce Product Reviews tab of the Item record. Any reviews submitted by shoppers are stored here.
Important: Avoid editing or removing the Item ID and Item fields in this record, as these are critical for proper backend functioning.
- Product Reviews Attr. Rating: This record creates the Product Reviews Attr. Rating subtab within the SuiteCommerce Product Reviews tab on each Item record. It allows you to manage specific review attributes (such as specific feature ratings). When shoppers rate these attributes, the data is stored here.
- Product Reviews Images: This record establishes the Product Reviews Images subtab under the SuiteCommerce Product Reviews tab for each item. It will store any images submitted by shoppers as part of their reviews.
You can access or view these records by navigating to Customization > Lists, Records, & Fields > Record Types in NetSuite.
Important that when you have Product Reviews available in your account, you must define these fields in your details field set in your Website Setup.
