NetSuite Next - Access to employees alone and not roles

Hello all,

Can we restrict access to specific employees rather than the whole role? - so provisioning of 'Ask Oracle' or 'NetSuite Next' seems to be role driven, but question asked was can we restrict it to specific employees within the role. My first hand reply for this is a NO, but if you have found any option, please do let me know.
