Transaction End Date on Work Order is not calculating as per desired way

Hi,

I am new to this manufacturing process and trying to work on with different use cases.I came to know that End Date on Work Order is defaulted by System (Transaction date + Lead time) but when i save the WO Transaction End Date has been defaulted to Transaction date.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
