Handling PDQs, Display Trays, Shelf Display Unit
Need some advice please...
Two of our suppliers provide their products to us in PDQs with multiple shades of the same product in it. Each shade is a different SKU. So a PDQ might be Matte Lipstick, inside the PDQ is 6 shades and 4 of each shade ( so a total of 24 selling units).
So we buy the PDQ, hold the PDQ in our warehouse and then distribute the PDQ to our stores, sell the PDQ to our wholesale customers but when that PDQ gets to the store we sell the shade.
How can we keep track of the inventory in NS efficiently?
