Inventory not sold to customers

[LEFT]We sell equipment and parts to customers throughout the US and internationally. We often use parts from inventory to repair equipment. With QuickBooks, we created a sales order in our own name, then fulfilled the order. What would be the best way to process this in NetSuite? My goal is to ensure inventory is correct without the unnecessary step of invoicing our self. [/LEFT]
