Hi,

I am creating a custom record which is capturing data from an online form, I have the form working and it is capturing the data fine.  I need to now use that data to create a subcustomer and contact against a known Customer based on the name fields I capture.

So I have captured on the form Name - John Smith and I need to create a sub-customer and contact with that name against the customer - Company A

I need the work flow to create the relationship as below.

Customer : Company AA > Sub Customer : John Smith >
