Workflow Failure-NetSuite Alerts

I am sending the email through workflow to customers/leads created through webstore.

some time i got the Netsuite Alerts email regarding the workflow failure from the id(automailer@netsuite.com).

Message is something like this:
ID : 84178 An unexpected error has occurred. Please click here to notify support and provide your contact information.

Anybody having any idea about this . why i m getting this error???

I think system send the email alert if there is no email address on customer record created through webstore into Netsuite and system fail to send the email to them.
