Workflow to Create phone call records when opportunity created
I dont see a lot of post in the workflow area, but it should be great!
I have created a new workflow...
Record Type Transaction
Sub Type Opportunity
Initiation should be Event Based - On Create
Trigger Type After Record Submit
Condition ??
Next a new state...with a new action to create Record
Parameter Phone Call
Trigger on Entry
I have tried a lot but can not get it to work
